Hi folks,

If you live in the Boston/Worcester area, there's an excellent class being offered by the New England School of Photography and there are still openings. Here's a bit about it:

The Art of Studio Photography A course designed for people who wish to learn and use the 4x5" camera and studio lighting or for people who just wish to practice and augment the skills they already have in these areas. Commercial studio techniques will be the theme of the course with ample opportunity for creativity. Studio strobes, hot lights, grid spots, color gels, gobos and soft boxes are just a few of the tools used in the class. Techniques covered include 4x5" studio camera operation, multiple popping, background graduation, and styling. Subjects included are: shooting, lighted high tech. products like computer screens, still life, fashion and portraiture.

All 4x5" cameras, lenses, tripod and lighting equipment are provided by the School.

Prerequisite:Basic photo skills Tuition:$550

Unfortunately, it's on Monday nights (or if you have a day job, that's a good thing). For those of you that want to refine your skills or just learn the latest techniques it is a good deal.

They also have other interesting courses. Check out <A HREF=http://www.nesop.com/workshop/index.htm" TARGET='_blank'>this Web page for more information.
Now, can anyone point me to some sort of business class? I'm pretty weak in the business field, could use some useful courses.
