I downloaded the plug-in to submit photos to American Photo, but it does not work. When I select a photo and click on export, the option to upload it to American Photo does not appear. Also, where do I enter my personal information once this plug-in works? What size photos can I upload...there is no information. One last thing, the deadline is August 30th, 2007, so can someone please help me soon?<br><br>Many thanks<br><br>Alba

Hi,<br>Can you try to install it again. In the installer, under the Window menu item, there is a Installer Log option. If you select that, a window will appear. There is a popup button in there to show all. If the plugin fails again, can you copy the output in the log into an email and send it to support at ubermind dot com.<br><br>Thanks,<br>Greg
