Sigma 500/4.5 lense

<DIV>I don't have one, Rich but have been researching them and have been very impressed with what I'm reading. Canon users claim it's sharper than the "L" series lenses. That's pretty high praise from where I sit. I also read on a posting for Amazon.com that these lenses have been discontinued by Sigma. It will be a shame if this is true. I am currently looking for a used one to replace my defunct 600mm F4.</DIV>
