Not if the ones you have are made for 35mm film, but I think they still make them for 120 film and also still make reels that can be adjusted for different sizes of film.
JJ is right, always use the adjustable reels, 36X is just 2 inches shorter than 220, 220 works just fine. The fact is, at least with my older reels, I could use 35, 127, 120, and 220.
All of the Paterson reels I have, 6 of them, can be adjusted to take MF film. Take hold of the two sides and turn them in opposite directions. It takes a little force, but if they are adjustible they will click unlocked and then you can extend them.

And if you hear a loud "SNAP!", you will know you have the non-adjustable type!
Deservedly popular tank system, evolving from the 1940's prototype. Using a system of ball bearings to grip and draw the film in from the outside of the spiral. The spiral will adjust to any film format (even 127, although this facility is something of an apendix), and will take a full length of 220.
It has a large diameter one piece lid and funnel which clips into place positively and securely, enabling the tank to be filled and emptied quickly. The Paterson 35mm tank takes a single 35mm film, the Paterson Universal Tank takes two 35mm film, or a single 120/220 film.
Supplied complete with one 35mm/120/220 Auto Load Reel; Water-tight EVA cap prevents leakage during inversion agitation; Uses less than 300ml for a single 35mm film
My guess is that you got one adjustable reel with your tank. If you still have the box it came in, it should say.

There is a loud snap when the reel unlocks, and yes, the first time I did it I thought I broke it, really.
I guess the first time you do it it is REALLY toug or something because it was very hard to do it. and it make a *crackity snap* sound when it happened.
but now I can develope imaginary 120s and 220s
Quick question
What is the difference between 120 and 200. They seem the same size
