Small Correction --- Editor's Choice 2008: SLR Lenses

Very slight error; in the token mention of Sony Alpha you have referred to the "Sony Zeiss 70-200mm F2.8 GA" lens.

Unless you know something that the rest of us do not, the lens is not a Zeiss. It should be designated as "Sony 70-200mm F2.8 G SSM".

Whilst you are there, it would also be nice if you added the SSM to the name for the 24-70mm too.

It's a pity that you didn't include the 70-300mm G SSM in your awards, however, I notice that you haven't gotten around to testing that lens so I guess it would be quite hard for you to give it any sort of rating.

Um...well, it's actually a 24-70 lens we talk about, if you want to get, um...technical:

Sony Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 24-70mm f/2.8 ZA

This zoom's very wide to moderate-tele range is ideal for a full-frame D-SLR.

No, Jack... in the piece on the 24-70, you make reference to the 70-200... and he is correct, you do have the name wrong there.

I dunno...rumors have been flying for 6-8 months that Sony has a Zeiss 70-200 f/2.8 coming...for example:
