What does this mean?

I got this message again and an wondering what it means. "Message: post flooding detected (community got posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3600 seconds)" It brought me back to my message and I hit submit again and it worked fine.

You probably have pressed the submit button twice, the forum software has detected the same message twice or you have some sort of spyware on your machine that does it for you.
