fix the dang margins!

look i'm about to break out in a swearengen like monologue. i'm using firefox and IE, xp, and this margins getting blown out is stupid. i don't know if it's from links being inserted or what but it must stop.

ditto the margins in the pull down menu for jumping to a different section.

Geez, mik, you have no idea how glad I am to see you write that. All along I thought it was my monitor/OS/browser that was the problem.

I use a mac and last week I used another mac with firefox at a coffee shop and could not post a reply to a thread on this site
