Desert Southwest

Well, its time for one of my month long photo excursions into the desert. Due to a death in the family my partner had to cancel on me after 8 months of planning. I'm leaving Long Island on the 14th of July and heading West. This is a camping trip and all essential equipment will be provided by me, even extra tents w/air matresses. There are balloon festivals in the Rockies, the Rockies themselves, Maroon Belles near Aspen, Bisti Badlands in New Mexico, Toroweap Point of the Grand Canyon's North Rim, Slot Canyons in Page AZ, Monument Valley, HooDoos in AZ and Utah, Ancient Ruins, Arches NP, Canyonlands NP...I have 4 weeks. Tag along for a day or as long as you want. You will definitely have a great time and shoot some wonderful photos I promise you that. Ball's in your court!

I wish I could have gone with Mike. Six years ago I think I had a lot more strength than now. Do people start crapping out at seventy? I have places to go to still. I think I'm getting on the tread mill.
