Hi all. Somebody mentioned early phony bills for subscription renewal. It is nothing compare to what they did to me: Yesterday my credit card was billed 5 times (!) for the subscription I did not renew!!! Last December and January I tried to renew my subscription by credit card from their website and nothing happens. They kept sending me bills, them "final notice". At last I received a bill form a Debt collector! I was very upset but I decided not to argue with those guys and sent them a check for $14 for subscription promised myself never renew it. And now they finally managed to bill my card... 5 times on the same day!!! and for different amounts. What is wrong with their customer service?! I tried to find any link to online dispute but couldn't find anything except new subscription link. I filed a dispute with my credit card and I sadly, I don't want to read this magazine anymore.

Reason: grammar error
Please keep in mind that agencies do not work for us. They are independent third party agents that solicit magazine sales from numerous publishers and then pay for the orders on your behalf. In the future, if you wish to subscribe to a magazine, it is always best to deal directly with the publisher.
