    Website/shopping cart

I have finally created a FB page for my photography which I am really excited about! Now I would like to either create a website or host my pix somewhere to offer my clients a place to view their pix and add the ones they wish to purchase to a shopping cart. Problem is, I don't have a large client base so I would like to keep my costs to a bare minimum (preferably free). Can anyone point me in a direction to start researching? Or any suggestions on a way to start out?

I guess I should add that I would like the site to be secure and offer my clients a password protected folder to be able to personally view their photos.

Have you looked at FotoTime? Might be what your looking for. Costs money, but they offer a lot for it.

Not quite what I'm looking for... I want to be able to print my pix wherever I choose and hand deliver to my clients. Looks like FotoTime gives me a commission then prints and delivers directly to the client. Wondering if it's better to just create my own website... looks like all of these sites that host your photos want to charge a monthly fee plus commission.

I'd go with your own site. (It can be pretty cheap and easy to do so)

Check out Whiteloupe. They're making killer websites for photographers that aren't bogged down by flash. Costs money, but it's worth it for something of high quality that will last you. Looks like they'll soon be offering a secure client login section.
