    Subscription via iTunes not working

    iPad1, subscribed to one year (14.99)
    I can't get a single issue, system keeps telling me I need to subscribe when it goes to retrieve the issue, I AM SUBSCRIBED AND PAID!
    Where is my magazine?
    I have reset the iPad a number of times and reload the software from iTunes and I get nowhere. Same vicious circle and no magazine.
    What do I do? Thanks

    Thank you for contacting us. We apologize you are having problems with our app. You can go onto the iPad and manage your subscription by following directions in this link from Apple’s support website. (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098)

    Once you have verified your subscription is current and valid, navigate to "Manage Purchases" in the app by tapping on the gear icon in the top-right of the menu bar. This should list the subscription receipts. If your subscription is not listed here, tap the "Restore All" button on the top-left of the window.

    If your subscription appears under Manage Purchases and no issues in the app have a “Download” button next to them, please email us at iPadSupport@bonniercorp.com with “ESCALATION” in the subject. Again, we apologize you are experiencing problems with our app and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Hey, we're making progress. It only took a month, but there was an actual response!!!!!! (I am being serious, not sarcastic)
