Portrait Pro/Studio

What is the main difference between these?
I can get Portrait Pro 9 for $29 upgrade or $59 for Studio, if the studio is way better, I may get it.

I have Por. Pro 6 on my old laptop that's soooo slow and got a new laptop and work computer that I'd like to the upgrade on.
I guess I have to upgrade on the old laptop first and get a key# and then put it on the other two since I don't use that one any more.
