    I would like some liquify in a bottle for my own personal use!

    Fun video Bob. But wish I could slow it down and see how the liquify tool was actually used, step by step. As it is it's just entertainment, not tutorial. But, I know, not meant to be tutorial. It does show how amazing and powerful PS is and what you can do.

    Just Google for Photoshop Liquify Filter. Plenty of tutorials and tips/tricks will come up.

    I use the Liquify tool for reshaping quite often, but a saggy ruddy neckline won't get smooth with it as the line will still be noticeable.
    Liquify is also fun for things like making flames and swirlies
