Tamron SP 24-70mm F/2.8 Di VC USD Vs Nikon 24-70 f2.8G

if I was looking for sharpness and fast fucussing , which one of these are recommended. Is VC function is a real big advantage?

Not the Tamron. I've had a few Tamron lenses over the years and while they are very good lenses, fast focusing they are not. If fast focus is a priority Tamron isn't the choice. If you want to save a few dollars, look at the Sigma equivalent. Sigma lenses with the HSM motor do attain focus quite quickly.
Life is too short to bother with the criminally inane.
