Lou, I was just reading on another site that an owner of an A77 spent a couple of hours out in a heavy rain taking pictures, in fact did it a few times the same day and the camera did not leak at all. He said it got a real drenching and the weatherproofing worked like a champ ! Just wanted to let you know so you don't worry if you're shooting in a wet situation.
